If we were having coffee, I’d remind you – or maybe I wouldn’t have to – that last week I promised to give you a chance to talk this time around. I won’t give another long-winded exposition of my epiphanies on life.
Well, okay, just a few words: still painting the house (I’m slooooooow); took up whittling (I’ll tell you about that next week… maybe); started a yard project where I have no clue whatsoever as to how I’m going to accomplish what I’m envisioning (more info coming later… maybe even photos).
But enough about me… let’s get comfortable, sit back with our warm coffee mugs, and you can tell me all about your week.
Oh, and here’s a bit of background music for our visit. I find listening to the music without watching the video more relaxing, but it’s up to you.
Thank you to Diana at PartTimeMonster.com for hosting the #WeekendCoffeeShare.
Sounds like a lovely creative week. Wishing you another fun one.

Okay, this is dumb, but I never realized that anyone else knew about David Lanz. That totally shocked me when I saw the above video. 😀

He did a little post-performance workshop in our home town when my daughter was taking piano lessons.

Just summed it up in my post: https://goodbeautifulandtrue.wordpress.com/2016/05/21/weekend-coffee-share-1/ Looking forward to updates on your whittling and yard work. My yard is full of weeds. I pulled a few of them. Many more to go. Fortunately it is raining now so I can come in and blog instead:)

One can always find a good reason to stop work and blog. Rainy days are good for that. And then, on sunny days it’s too hot to go out and pull weeds, so you might as well stay in and blog! 😉

Looks like you have something to do with yard work.

Yes, if the rain doesn’t wash my yard away before I get out there again. I do see a spot of blue in the sky, though.
