Yes, it’s one of my daughter’s new chicks this year. They’re all so fun to watch.

Next time you’ve got the chickie in your lap, push the feathers aside and check out the color of that skin, it’s bizarre!
Also, know that the breed is very gentle and defenseless and tends to get picked on a lot by other chickens so keep your eye on bullying in the hen house.
