My garden wall is a-hum.
Bees hover deep among
shadowed vines where
Boston ivy cascades
it’s shiny, lush greenery
down the stone face.
Soon autumn’s chill
will silence the wall,
dropping crimson leaves to
reveal the sinewy roadmap
of paths taken by
summer-humming bees.
dVerse Quadrille poetry prompt: hum.

Loving all the soundbump-hum within this beautiful piece.
